What is Energy Healing?
Have you ever woken up feeling “off,” without knowing why? Or maybe you’ve been around someone who seems to radiate positivity, and you instantly feel lighter. This is the power of energy—something we all carry and something we can sense in others.
But what happens when that energy becomes stuck, heavy, or blocked? That’s where energy healing comes in.
A Holistic Approach to Well-being
Energy healing is a gentle, holistic practice that looks at the body, mind, and spirit as one interconnected system. When our natural energy flow is disrupted, it can show up as stress, fatigue, emotional heaviness, or even physical discomfort. Energy healing helps restore flow and balance, supporting the body’s own intelligence to repair, renew, and thrive.
How Energy Healing Works
Many cultures describe this vital energy as life force—called chi, prana, or simply universal energy. It moves through us in pathways and centers often referred to as chakras.
When the flow of this life force becomes blocked, we may feel drained, unwell, or disconnected. Energy healing techniques help to clear these blockages so that energy can circulate freely again. This allows us to return to a state of greater balance, vitality, and harmony.

Ways It Can Be Experienced
Energy healing can take many forms, including:
Hands-on approaches – gentle placement of hands to guide energy flow
Hands-off methods – working in the energy field without direct touch (e.g. sound healing, crystals)
Remote sessions – channeling energy from a distance, effective no matter where you are in the world
Different modalities exist, such as Reiki, Qigong, Pranic Healing, EFT/tapping, and my own practice, the Energetic Harmonization Technique, which draws from the LightKeeper Healing Technique. Each has its own method, but the goal is the same: to restore balance and support well-being.
