For best results, take some time for meditation. Or write down the event on paper, list all the negative feelings you had, draw the symbol on the other side, and activate it. Fold it up and put it under your pillow or mattress for a few days.

Then, try to think about the event again.

How do you feel? If it’s still emotionally charged, do the process again. If the feelings are really strong, add a symbol for letting go and forgiveness, and back under the pillow it goes. Those heavy emotions should start to fade, like morning fog.

You might feel sudden waves of sadness or pain while using this symbol, but that’s okay; it’s just your emotions clearing.
